Go to the portal, register and enjoy the training journey

We are delighted to invite you to take the training on Cleanload Nexus, our Closed Transfer System designed for use with Easyconnect caps.

We have developed a series of training courses that in conjunction with the product manuals will help to inform you to how to install, operate, service and maintain Cleanload Nexus.

When you have completed the training, you may request to be added to our register of trained installers and service agents which will be made available for end users to search for a supplier/installer.

HOW TO LOG ON

To enjoy all the features and benefits of the new Pentair EU online Training Hub tool, follow these steps:

1. Go to Pentair EU Training Hub to set up your new account.
2. Enter your Email address.
3. Enter a secure password and confirm that password.
4. Click “Register”

COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE

You need to complete your profile before going any further:

5. Complete your account setup/ Profile.
6. Fill in required fields – Basic info.
7. Fill in required fields – Custom User Data.
8. Agree to the terms of service, and click “Save” to complete your account setup.
9. Wait about one minute.
10. Now you can review your dashboard, start your first enrolled Courses and check out the catalog for new training opportunities.

Q&A Training Hub

Can I follow the training(s) in my own language?

The trainings are available in English, Dutch, German and French language for the moment. Other languages will be offered in the future.

How can I change the language of the Learning Portal?

Click on the initials of your name in the upper right corner, then click on your name. Under “Settings’ you can choose your preferred language (‘Select your language’).

How many courses does the Cleanload Nexus learning path consist of?

There are 12 courses to complete. Each course will be made available as soon as the previous one has been completed.

The test does not appear after watching the video, how do I solve this?

Click ‘Next Module’ in the left uppercorner, afterwards you will be redirected to ‘Knowledge Check’.

How do I get access to the next course/module?

After the ‘Knowledge Check’, you have to click ‘Return to Dashboard’, there you can start the next module/video.
